In order to know who needs to bring cots and who has a bed, one idea I had is to have a small auction. People who want that bed life can pay a little (that will go toward the overall food bill and what not) and those who are fine on a cot can live that sweet outdoor porch life.
There are almost enough beds for the "adults" since much of our headcount is young'ens.

Instead of bidding on a bed directly, you can also click on the No Hard Feelings option and it will randomly pick one of the beds with the lowest available bid and bid on that one.
